Summary We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Brackley and Surrounding villages. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals maintain their independence through personalised care and support. As a Support Worker, you will join a friendly and supportive community where you will contribute to our mission of compassionate care. Responsibilities Provide personalised support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and comfort. Assist with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, and mobility. Foster positive relationships through mentoring and empathetic communication. Collaborate with team members to develop tailored care plans. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Promote independence and well-being for all clients. Qualifications Experience or interest in working with the elderly and clients with care and support needs Ability to support clients effectively. Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant qualifications in health or social care are a plus but not essential. Reliable and adaptable with good organisational skills. Essential To apply for this role you would need to be a car driver with access to a vehicle.
