We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join a dynamic team. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Responsibilities:
* People management
* HR administration
* Customer service issue escalation
* Customer Delight Program ambassador
* Managing technical enquiries
* Progressing paused and back orders
* Liaising with other departments – Operations and Sales/Account management
* Courier & Transport management
* Product Quality Issues, tracking & reporting
* Tracking & improving enquiry response times
* Product training program
* Quote follow up
* CS Procedure compliance & maintenance
* New starter onboarding
* Ability to do the day job to cover sickness, holidays etc.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proficient in customer service software and tools
* Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers with professionalism
