JOB ROLE: Male Support Worker

LOCATION: Llansamlet, Swansea (SA7)

SALARY: £13.20 - £13.90* per hour

FULL UK MANUAL DRIVING LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL.

Shifts are a combination of Long Days (12.5 hrs), short shifts (6 hours) and sleep nights. Night shift may also be required.

Experience with ASD or Learning Disabilities is required.

What You’ll Do as a Support Worker:

* Provide daily support to individuals based on their routines and needs
* Promote independence and confidence in day-to-day activities
* Support with personal growth through hobbies and community engagement
* Assist with health needs, including medical appointments and administering medication
* Teach life skills such as budgeting, shopping, and managing bills
* Help with domestic responsibilities including cooking and cleaning
* Provide personal care, where required
* Offer ongoing emotional and physical support
