Birmingham Office, Environment team. We seek experienced Landscape Planners, from Senior to Associate level, to join our team. We operate across the UK, delivering sustainable development services.
Overview
We are looking for experienced landscape planners with a proven track record to deliver workstreams including Landscape Appraisals, LVIA’s, TVIA’s, greenbelt and greybelt assessments. Our team works on high-profile projects, often involving liaison with barristers for planning appeals. Passion for sustainable development, team collaboration, professional integrity, and strong communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
* Deliver workstreams such as Landscape Appraisals, LVIA’s, TVIA’s, greenbelt and greybelt assessments.
* Collaborate with project teams and liaise with stakeholders, including planning authorities and barristers, as required.
* Support sustainable development through landscape planning and design.
Requirements / Qualifications
* A degree or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture.
* Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute.
* Proven understanding and experience in LVIA’s, feasibility studies, landscape planning and design, supporting landscape statements and mitigation strategies.
* Experience in the energy and residential sectors.
* Strong technical report writing, with demonstrated project management and organizational and communication skills.
* Proactive, strategic, and analytical approach to meet client requirements.
* Sound commercial acumen.
