UK Remote (Potential US Hours)
You will be responsible for executing B2B delegate sales campaigns for your assigned events. The ideal candidate should be analytical and creative, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively, following plans to meet targets and ensure a great customer experience. We seek an ambitious, sociable individual eager to grow within an energetic, entrepreneurial, and vibrant team working on US portfolios.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND CORE ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE
Required Deliverables in the Role
* Conduct analysis of the target delegate landscape, including market research, stakeholder relationships, market segmentation, industry trends, and monitoring competitors.
* Stay updated with industry publications relevant to your conferences to identify developments and new opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team and utilize database resources to select and target prospective delegate organizations, helping to identify and fill gaps in target lists based on campaign performance.
* Attend conferences as needed to re-engage current delegates and secure commitments for future events.
Skills Required
* Experience in B2B sales
* Experience using databases for mass and targeted sales campaigns
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Customer-focused with a consultative and transactional selling approach
* Sound commercial awareness and excellent organizational skills
* Highly motivated, proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
