We are seeking individuals with strong Health and Social Care subject knowledge, proven written communication skills, and the ability to work independently to join our Adult Learning team as bank VRQ Markers.
The role involves marking Level 2 VRQ assignments in line with agreed procedures and qualification specifications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely turnaround. Experience in marking VRQs and providing clear written feedback to learners is essential.
You will mark assessments within set timeframes, take part in standardisation activities, and keep candidates informed of their progress. The role also includes providing constructive online feedback and supporting learners to achieve their qualifications on time, contributing to key retention and achievement targets.
