A new opportunity is now available for a Workshop Controller / Manager at Thames Motor Group, Tunbridge Wells.

The Role
We are looking for a results-oriented, organised, and driven individual to lead the workshop, motivate the team, and support our customers. The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Service Manager to help generate growth and increase profitability within the service department.
Main responsibilities
* Driving retail sales
* Organising workshop activity and job allocation
* Quality checking completed work
* Auditing documentation ready for warranty submission and invoicing
* Submitting technical cases to the manufacturer
* Working effectively within the dealership team to always deliver industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction
About You
The successful candidate will be:

* Loyal, professional, and hardworking
* Quick to learn new systems, with a good level of IT skills
Experience of Stellantis or Nissan systems and processes would be an advantage.
