Produce daily sales invoices. Post and allocate funds received based on customer remittances. Process customer credit card receipts. Enter manual invoices/credit notes. Upload key data to customer/supplier portals. Register and post general stock purchase invoices. Reconcile supplier statements to check for omissions/discrepancies. Monitor generic email boxes and assign to a team to respond. Provide cover/support for other roles within the department, including sales ledger, credit Control, and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
