We’re looking for a Commercial Transformation Manager to play a key role in shaping how Commercial works across Screwfix. This role is responsible for embedding our commercial operating system into day‑to‑day ways of working, ensuring our principles, decision frameworks and governance are applied consistently across categories, channels and fulfilment models.
As we continue to grow across multiple routes to market, this role will act as the integration engine for commercial transformation – helping Commercial operate as one connected system, enabling clearer decisions, faster execution and scalable growth.
This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role where you’ll work with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Digital, Finance and Data to simplify complexity, align teams, and build ways of working that support long‑term success.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence how a major retailer makes commercial decisions at scale, bringing structure, clarity and pace to a fast‑moving and ambitious environment.
