About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and professional ERP System Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will take ownership of the ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the ERP system, ensuring it meets operational needs and drives business efficiency.
You will work closely with Operations and Finance teams to investigate material variances, identify root causes, and implement solutions. The role also involves providing user support, delivering training, and driving ERP-related process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and close Manufacturing Orders (MOs) with Shift Managers, analysing variances and implementing corrective actions.
Train and support Shift Managers to enhance MO accuracy and ERP system usage.
Collaborate with Finance to understand and address material cost variances.
Track inventory levels and improve accuracy in production areas.
Oversee RF scanner functionality and availability.
Conduct root cause analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor supply chain and warehouse operations to ensure ERP system accuracy.
Lead user training sessions and system optimisation workshops.
Manage and resolve ERP service tickets for the site.
Develop and implement action plans to address process deviations.
What's Needed
Proficiency in key ERP modules (Product Data Management, Customer Order Processing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance).
Proven ERP experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
CRM system experience (Salesforce desirable).
A Level qualification or equivalent.
A second language is beneficial but not essential
