The Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to provide a holistic learning experience
* Create a safe, nurturing environment that supports both academic and personal development
* Contribute to ongoing assessments, EHCP reviews, and the wider life of the school
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Experience in an SEN setting is highly desirable, but not essential
* A positive, flexible approach with strong classroom management skills
* Committed to inclusive education and continuous professional development
* Passionate about helping every pupil achieve their full potential
