Job Description
We are seeking a professional to join our team to work with the latest D365 technologies across Supply Chain Management and Finance. The role involves understanding and responding to varied business needs, working with internal and external stakeholders, and enhancing internal capabilities to improve operational performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Gather requirements by engaging with stakeholders and conducting workshops to understand business needs and pain points.
2. Supervise and deliver functional design activities internally and with partners.
3. Configure systems and challenge partners to follow best practices for successful delivery.
4. Collaborate with Technical and Operations teams to support project delivery.
5. Provide support to end users, including presentations, demonstrations, and training workshops.
6. Test functional components and produce prototypes to validate business processes.
7. Be available for on-call support for up to 1 week per month.
Ideal Candidate:
* Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Retail to support D365 F&O ERP systems.
* Strong attention to detail and investigative skills.
* Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts.
* Effective workload and time management according to SLAs.
