Escapade Group operates a portfolio of indoor and outdoor adventure attractions across the UK - including Hobbledown, Kidspace and Gripped. We welcome over 1 million visitors a year and host more than 7,000 birthday parties, with ambitious plans to grow our footprint and impact. Were looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager who takes real ownership of campaigns, moves quickly, and drives results across multiple sites. This is not a passive coordination role.
Working Pattern
Flexible, but present where it counts
On‑site: Minimum 2 days/week at Hobbledown Epsom
Travel: Regular visits to other group sites
Schedule: 7‑day operation - occasional evenings and weekends
Remote working: Available within the above framework
Key Responsibilities
* Own campaigns, drive results and iterate fast.
* Translate group marketing strategy into clear, actionable campaign plans across all sites.
* Plan, execute and continuously optimise integrated, multi‑channel campaigns.
* Own performance across paid media, organic social, email, SEO, partnerships and on‑site marketing.
* Monitor and improve key metrics including footfall, revenue, ROI, CAC and engagement.
* Use data and insight to refine campaigns, improve conversion and drive commercial results.
* Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Multi‑Site Coordination & Brand Execution
* Work with site teams to align local activity with central marketing strategy.
* Support site‑specific campaigns, events and seasonal activations.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and quality execution across all touchpoints.
* Maintain brand standards while allowing for local market nuance.
Content, Agencies & Budget Management
* Oversee content planning and delivery across all channels.
* Collaborate with internal teams and agencies on family‑focused campaigns.
* Act as key point of contact for agencies – strong briefs, strong delivery.
* Manage marketing budgets across channels and sites based on performance and priorities.
Team Leadership & External Partners
* Manage and develop an internal marketing team of 4.
* Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback and support team growth.
* Oversee day‑to‑day relationship with an external digital marketing agency, ensuring strong briefs, accountability and delivery.
* Manage relationships with other external partners, aligning their output to group marketing goals.
* Ensure seamless collaboration between internal team and external partners across campaigns.

Experience
* 5+ years in marketing and campaign management.
* Hands‑on experience with paid media, SEO, email and social.
* Experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Confident with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT), CMS, Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
* Experience in visitor attractions, leisure, hospitality or retail.
* Understanding of seasonal trading patterns.
* Experience in multi‑site operations.
