General Assistant — Permanent, Penrith, Cumbria. Patterdale Hall is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team. There is an option to live-in at the Hall, providing hands-on experience while contributing to an exceptional environment for school children and commercial clients alike.
What You'll Do
* As a General Assistant, perform duties in three key areas: Catering, Housekeeping, and Evening Duties.
* Catering – Assist with meal preparations and service.
* Housekeeping – Ensure the Hall is welcoming and well-maintained.
* Evening Duties – Support with evening activities and events.

* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but commitment to the role and willingness to learn are prioritized.

Salary and Benefits
The salary is between the National Living Wage equating to £23,492 per annum and point 03 on the Bolton School Support Staff Salary Scale, which is £24,703 per annum. The salary will be dependent on skills and experience. An attractive benefits package is available.
