We have a 12 month opportunity as a Marketing Manager to manage a large, high profile communication campaign in our integration journey .
The role is to lead and inspire the team setting the agenda for the area of responsibility. They will be empowered to devise the overall plan, report progress on the delivery of the objectives and achieve key results driven by the strategy. It will hold the team to high standards to make sure all processes are followed appropriately and consistently, outputs are always technically accurate and reflect our brand visual identity and tone of voice.
Using their knowledge of legal and compliance the role holder will work with various key stakeholders including data and digital to ensure timely delivery of the project. The role as marketing lead in the working group and presenting up to the senior leadership and Executive Teams will also be key parts of the role.
As a leader this role will actively help the Marketing Team and Commercial Office succeed, collaborating with other leaders to problem solve and drive positive outcomes for the group (Coventry Building Society and The Co-operative Bank). The project will span over a minimum of 12 months to deliver customer communications, brand amplification on all customer touchpoints and management of associated collateral updates.
