Overview
She loves to be active outdoors and is looking for a PA to help her access the activities she enjoys the most. She enjoys visiting city parks and outdoor spaces; taking her bike to the park is one of her favourite activities. When the weather is poorer, she enjoys swimming or crafting activities.
Responsibilities
* Provide companionship and support for outdoor activities and visits to city parks and outdoor spaces.
* Assist with cycling activities and supervision during outdoor outings.
* Support with swimming or crafting activities when outdoor conditions are not suitable.
* Maintain safety by implementing measures to keep her safe, as she is cooperative and easy-going but lacks safety awareness.
* Provide reminders about using the toilet as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Experience in personal support or similar role is desirable.
* Good communication and ability to follow safety guidelines.
* Ready to undergo DBS check; any offer of employment is subject to a satisfactory DBS check; cost borne by the local authority/employer.
Note: There isn't any personal care involved.
