We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Associate Chief Nurse at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, based in the Clyde Sector. This pivotal leadership position offers a unique opportunity to influence healthcare delivery across the region.
As Associate Chief Nurse, you will support the Chief Nurse strategically and professionally, working closely with Lead Nurses, Senior Charge Nurses, clinical teams, and operational staff to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes.
This role requires a collaborative leader who can inspire excellence, shape clinical governance, and drive nursing innovation. You will uphold and enhance the professional standards of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
Requirements
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Extensive senior nursing leadership experience in complex acute care settings.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proven track record in clinical governance, quality improvement, and transformational leadership.
