Location: Neath
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + Annual Bonus + FULL Private Medical + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + 9-5 Mon-Fri + 'IMMEDIATE START'

Your Role As Operations Assistant Will Include:
1. Assist the MD/CEO to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial, administrative and other tasks.
2. Filter incoming e-mails, responding to correspondence and queries on the Managing Director's behalf.
3. Diary management: booking and confirming meetings and appointments.
4. Making travel arrangements as required.
5. Commutable to the office in Neath.
The Successful Operations Assistant Will Have:
1. Business Related Degree, proven experience or willingness to learn.
2. Experience in pressure and a role of responsibility.
3. Be presentable, reliable and loyal above all else.
4. Full right to work in the UK and a clean driver's licence.
