HourlyRate: £13.69 - £18.53
The advertised hourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role.
A market supplement is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting your hourly rate in these periods to between approx. £18.25 and £18.53. This will replace any previous market supplements and will apply to both your contracted hours and to any additional hours worked within the applicable timeperiods.
Location and hours
Location: Our Supported Living Service covers over 6 locations in and around Kendal.
Available hours: 25.60 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed term until 31/12/26

Our Teams promote independence, build lifeskills and support our Service User’s in their interests and hobbies. This could be a trip to the Zoo, an evening of live entertainment, boating in the Lakes, or supporting football teams.
Depending on the Service User, the level of support needed may vary per person. Responsibilities may include support with medication, personal care, nutrition, hydration, community engagement and emotional care.
