Reporting to Property Maintenance Manager.
Responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.
You will be expected to be versatile, with multiple duties and responsibilities, including:
Plumbing: To resolve basic problems such as installing new taps, sinks and toilets, and repairing leaks.
Electrical: replacing bulbs, basic fault finding,
Decorating: painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames, sanding floors and other wooden surfaces.
Repairs and Maintenance: installing cabinets, doors, flooring including tiles, carpets or other hardwood and laminate aspects including damaged window frames.
Qualifications:-
Multiskilled (Handymen, or Maintenance Technicians) with broad variety of household jobs.
Job Type: Weekend work 10 hrs split over Saturday and Sunday

Experience:
Maintenance: 1 year in similar position (Training support available within department)
Must be able to work unsupervised and approachable. Communicate with Manager to arrange in house trade advice and/or contractor assistance.

Pay: Up to £12.62 per hour
