The Job:

Join our team as Assistant Digital Marketing & Content Manager and bring your creativity to life—creating engaging content and driving impactful campaigns across social media, websites, email, and influencer partnerships, all while boosting brand awareness and business growth throughout the UK & ROI.
What You'll Do:
* Create and publish engaging short-form content for social media, websites, and email campaigns across leading brands.
* Maintain and update brand websites, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
* Coordinate CRM activities, including email campaigns and newsletters, with support from the Digital Marketing Intern.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and consistent brand messaging.
* Manage digital content calendars, optimise digital channels, and report on KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
* Travel to events across the UK to capture and create dynamic content for our digital platforms.
The Person:

* Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
* Confident communicator with proficiency in English.
* Experience in digital marketing, content management, or a related role, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer brands.
* Skilled in using social media management tools, website CMS, CRM/email platforms, and analytics tools.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and interested in DIY, tools, or home improvement sectors (desirable but not essential).
* Full UK Driving licence
