The Women, Children & Families Division has a vacancy for the post of Higher Clerical Officer supporting the Women’s Clinic at Perth Royal Infirmary. The role involves administrative tasks related to Women’s Pregnancies in the Perthshire area, including processing pregnancy referrals, ultrasound scan appointments, and Antenatal clinic appointments.
We seek an individual with good IT skills, the ability to multi-task, and experience in covering reception duties. Candidates must possess good oral and effective communication skills, knowledge of general office duties, and a pleasant, helpful manner. The ability to work well as part of a team is essential.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to adhere to the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
