SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans and resources to meet the diverse needs of students Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to enhance students' understanding Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students Required Qualifications: Recognised qualification in Special Education Needs (SEN) or relevant field Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes through personalised tutoring Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support SEN students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or related area Experience working in a school or educational setting Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' learning and development All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
