This role is based in their Birmingham office.
What You'll Do
Marketing and Strategy
* Develop, deliver and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns that attracts occupiers, customers and commercial partnerships.
* Work with the wider team to track footfall, sales, performance and more
* Research, analyse and position the Birmingham project so it attracts ideal occupants and tenants
* Identify and increase commercial opportunities
PR and Community Engagement
* Coordinate, manage, and lead year round conferences, PR and community events
* Maximise customer experience and feedback
Leasing
* Create a pipeline of prospective tenants through outreach, networking and events
* Engage on short and long term opportunities for prospective occupiers
Skils
* Demonstrated experience in delivering results in dynamic, high-pressure, environments
* Proven experience working in a Marketing position to attract high-profile businesses
* Commercial property experience is a bonus
Package
* Circa £75,000 basic
* £100,000 OTE
* Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
