An exciting new role to join a well established business seeking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to guide, coach and lead a team of six.
Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1630hrs - Friday 0800 - 1330hrs - Flexible on hours

A great salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum - plus an array of benefits

We need a good all-rounder to manage, lead and motivate a small team of sales, sales order processors and production admin staff for a fantastic business
Duties to to include :-


Office Manager Duties:


* To manage office employees and ensure the smooth running of the office
* Company Accounts and Financial Reports
* Record keeping
* General Admin
* Asset and Tool Management

To ensure all employees under your supervision are:
1. In house trained so they can carry out their duties
2. Following company procedures
3. Following the Company’s health and safety and fire precautions procedures
4. Complying with the Company’s Terms and Conditions



To report to General Manager if:
1. Any incidents of misconduct, unsatisfactory performance or discrimination occur
2. There are any accidents
3. There are any faults to machinery or equipment
4. Employees need further training



During your shift you are responsible for:
1. Managing the day-to-day needs of the office and office staff and ensure duties are distributed fairly
2. Troubleshooting
3. Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
4. Maintaining office equipment and reporting any faults
5. Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
6. Keeping senior management up to date with office procedures
7. Keeping senior management up to date with employee timekeeping and attendance
8. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients in a professional and courteous manner
9. Assisting with managing maximum productivity and minimum waste
10. Following Management instructions
