Job Purpose

Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across Ayrshire360, the Co‑ordinator will ensure the delivery of the highest quality services, supporting change, challenging the status quo and contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework the postholder will strive to exceed the expectations of the Ayrshire360 Strategy and Delivery Plan. Your enthusiasm and passion for developing high quality leisure facilities, in particular swimming pools, will be driven by a commitment to co‑ordinate outstanding services that are valued and embedded in local community life, improving the enjoyment, safety, health and wellbeing of local people. Contributing to the provision and design of innovative and modern aquatic and multi‑sports venues, you will enhance opportunities for our venues to flourish by maximising capacity and becoming a thriving, customer‑focussed facility.


Rate of Pay

Salary: £29666 – 31613 per annum. Hours of work will be 35 hours per week as per the attached work pattern.

The duties of the post involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants for such posts will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member in respect of Regulated Work with either or both of these groups as appropriate, or if they are already a Scheme member, be subject to a PVG Scheme Record Update, before any formal offer of employment can be made by Ayrshire360. Please note: PVG members’ records are constantly updated with any new vetting information that arises.
