Community Partners Engagement Co-ordinator
Family Action is seeking a Community Partners Engagement Co-ordinator to join their Change4Life team on a part-time, permanent basis, working 29.6 hours per week.
The Change4Life Service focuses on early interventions to improve childrens physical and emotional health, promoting healthy eating, oral health, emotional wellbeing, and physical activity through direct support, training, and neighbourhood projects.

The Role
As a Community Partners Engagement Co-ordinator, you will help support the delivery of the Change4Life service to promote healthier lifestyles and improve wellbeing. Focusing on community engagement, partnership building, and local needs, you will mobilise local partners in each ward to co-design and co-deliver initiatives that encourage healthy eating and physical activity.
* Co-ordinate and manage projects through to delivery and completion
* Organise activities and consultations to shape project design and delivery
* Build trusted relationships and maintain a strong local presence
* Integrate Change4Life and health promotion support into local delivery
* Work with Public Health and Council teams to share insights and deliver joint initiatives
* Track outcomes, keep accurate records, and support evaluation and improvement

* Salary of £25,940 - £28,168.80 per annum (£32,425 - £35,211 FTE)

About You
To be considered as a Community Partners Engagement Co-ordinator, you will need:
* Experience working with children, young people, and families in diverse communities
* Excellent project management skills
* A strong understanding of public health priorities and behaviour change strategies
* The ability to build and maintain effective partnerships and engage stakeholders
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and integrated working practices
