Pulse’s Nursing Team is currently recruiting for experienced Nursing Service Delivery Leads to join the team for a full-time role based in the Norfolk & Suffolk area.
These roles will be working locally in the Norfolk & Suffolk area providing Nursing delivery services for a Phlebotomy & Healthcare Research Project. To be successful in this role, you MUST have experience of a similar role and be proficient as a phlebotomist.
This is an established programme that is looking for new candidates as it moves into its next phase.
Position: Nursing Service Delivery Lead
Location: Norfolk & Suffolk
Hours: 2-3 days per week, shift patterns vary
Duration: Ongoing
Essential skills:
* An experienced nurse who has led nurses in a similar environment
* Proof of phlebotomy proficiency, as you will be overseeing these services.
We are looking for experienced nurses to work at least 2-3 days per week in a 7-day service. These will be long days working between 7.30am – 6.30pm, with Sunday hours from 10.30am – 5pm.
This position will be available from June 2024, with decisions on the next sites to be made then. Expected areas include Breckland, King’s Lynn, Suffolk, and Bury St Edmunds.
These will be mobile sites, moving regularly every 4-5 weeks. It would be beneficial if you can drive and work at different sites.
Positions are available now, with pay up to £33 per hour (umbrella rate). Enhanced rates apply for weekend work.
Main responsibilities of this nursing vacancy:
* Providing clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
* Ensuring quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met, with safe and seamless service delivery
* Supernumerary role supporting HSW breaks
* Staff attendance and scheduling management
* Reporting directly to the Chief Nurse
* First point of escalation for operational queries
