Freelance Construction Planner – Social Housing Experience Essential
Our client, a well established contractor, are currently looking for a Freelance Construction Planner to support upcoming construction projects. Experience in the social housing refurbishment sector is essential.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a construction planner
* Knowledge of retrofit decarbonisation projects and PAS 2035 PAS 2030 specifications.
* Essential: Background in social housing projects (Refurbishments)
* Proficiency with planning software such as Asta Powerproject, or MS Project
* Ability to produce and manage detailed construction programmes
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with project teams and stakeholders
* Understanding of construction processes, timelines, and compliance requirements
Contract Details:
* Role: Freelance Construction Planner
* Location: Remote with occasional site visits (location-dependent)
* Duration: 3–6 months initially, with potential for extension
* Rate: Competitive, based on experience
