The Role – Behaviour Mentor
This is a rewarding and hands-on Behaviour Mentor role where no two days are the same. As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll be working closely with pupils across both primary and secondary age groups, supporting those with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
As a Behaviour Mentor you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning by promoting positive behaviour, building trust, and supporting emotional regulation. Whether it’s 1:1 mentoring, small group sessions, or in-class support, you’ll be at the heart of each student’s journey.
The ideal Behaviour Mentor will be confident, proactive, and calm under pressure, with the ability to build strong, meaningful relationships. Your work will have a direct and lasting impact on students’ confidence, behaviour, and future success.
