Rate of Pay: £12.71 - £16.43 per hour
Summary:
The Estate Services Cleaner role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of internal and external communal areas across estates. As part of a mobile front-line team, you will deliver a consistently high-quality cleaning service while supporting resident safety by reporting repairs and health & safety concerns.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and litter picking.
* Clean and maintain refuse chutes, bin areas, and communal spaces.
* Use cleaning machinery such as jet washers and steam cleaners (training provided).
* Report repairs, defects, and health & safety concerns to the relevant teams.
* Provide cover for colleagues when required.
* Act as a point of contact for residents, assisting or directing queries appropriately.
Essentials:
* Manual UK Driving Licence
* Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
* Strong sense of responsibility for health & safety.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
