About the Role
As a Complex Care Senior Carer you’ll have the opportunity to provide long‑term support to individuals and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area.
All new team members attend a week‑long, fully funded classroom training program. You’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift. Please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship.

* Shift Pattern: typically 8‑12 hour Day shifts or 8‑12 hour Night shifts

* Rota: Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off
