Our client is seeking a Systems & Process Manager to support the development and continuous improvement of client onboarding operations. Working within the wider Risk & Compliance function, you will help drive system enhancements, manage change requests, and support the firm’s onboarding processes and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with senior onboarding leads to evolve and optimize onboarding systems.
2. Coordinate with IT and stakeholders to manage development and testing pipelines.
3. Translate business needs into clear system requirements.
4. Provide process solutions when system changes aren’t feasible.
5. Create and manage training materials and onboarding system documentation.
6. Communicate process and system updates to stakeholders.
7. Supervise onboarding apprentices and support team development.
About You
1. Strong understanding of regulatory and commercial requirements in client onboarding.
2. Hands-on experience with onboarding systems (e.g., Intapp).
3. Proven success in delivering system/process changes and supporting training.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder engagement effectively.
