Maintenance Manager Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. The Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the maintenance operations for a portfolio of commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure, while managing a team of on-site technicians and subcontractors.
