Duties
* Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
* Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk, managing appointments and client enquiries efficiently.
* Manage salon operations effectively, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
* Build strong relationships with clients through personalised consultations and excellent customer service.
Skills
* Proven experience in hairdressing.
* Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively and understand their needs.
* Ability to manage store operations including front desk responsibilities confidently.
