Join us as a Sourcing & Sales Manager and play a key part in advancing circular construction solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, purpose-driven team at the heart of circular construction. You’ll help ensure a consistent supply of reclaimed materials, while identifying commercial opportunities to sell across internal and external markets. With a hybrid model that includes site visits and flexible working, this is a hands on role that combines commercial thinking, supplier management, and sustainable impact. In this role, you’ll take the lead on sourcing reclaimed CDM materials, making sure we meet demand with a strong focus on quality, value, and sustainability. You’ll build and manage relationships with suppliers and customers, keeping close to the market and sharing insights on trends and opportunities. We’ll look to you to support both the commercial and operational side of the CDM lifecycle ,helping to drive performance while ensuring materials and suppliers stay compliant through regular audits, sampling, and site checks. You’ll also work closely with teams across the business, from Operations to Technical to support product development and innovation. You’ll analyse performance, manage forecasts and budgets, and ensure we’ve got accurate data to support planning and decision-making.
