As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will be handling your own caseload of corporate acquisitions and disposals, commercial contract drafting and negotiating, corporate restructuring and private equity investments. The successful candidate will ideally have 1-3 years' PQE can work well both individually and as part of a team, is commercially aware, knowledgeable, can prioritise their own time effectively and has excellent client care skills.
