Job Description
* Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts with accuracy and clarity.
* Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights to key stakeholders.
* Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure robust financial planning.
* Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
* Collaborate with departmental heads to understand and control costs effectively.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
* Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
* Proven experience in management accounting within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant standards.
* Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
