Fleet Coordinator
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

We're supporting a growing, fast-paced organisation within the transport and logistics sector to find a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on communication, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role of fleet coordinator
You'll play a key part in the day-to-day execution of the transport plan, acting as a central point of contact between drivers, suppliers, and internal teams. This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the thick of operations—keeping things moving, solving issues quickly, and ensuring service levels remain high.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a transport or logistics administration role is preferred
Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and suggest practical solutions
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Flexible approach to working hours to support operational needs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Key Responsibilities
Communicate clearly and efficiently with drivers and suppliers regarding daily schedules
Monitor and support the execution of the daily transport plan to ensure smooth operations
Maintain strong communication with internal teams to manage changes and uphold customer service standards
Coordinate with vehicle management to ensure MOTs and servicing are up to date
