The Role They are now looking for an experienced and driven Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement activities within a key business unit. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering sourcing strategies, while managing and developing a Buyer within your team. This is a hands-on role combining both strategic and operational responsibilities, working closely with central procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Head of Procurement and central teams to align and deliver strategic initiatives Develop and implement sourcing strategies across key categories, particularly grains, starches, and packaging Ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of raw materials in line with budget and specifications Lead supplier negotiations, tenders, and contract implementation Monitor commodity markets and provide insights to internal stakeholders Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and performance management processes Contribute to new product development through cross-functional collaboration Line manage and develop a Buyer About You Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) Minimum 5 years experience in food or FMCG procurement Previous people management experience (preferred) Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills Proven experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience working within a matrix organisation is advantageous What they offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment Career development within a growing organisation A collaborative culture focused on innovation and sustainability If youre looking for your next challenge in procurement and want to make a meaningful impact within a growing global business, we encourage you to apply.
