The project aims to create 140,000 local jobs, promote SMEs, and boost the Kingdom’s economy.Additional informationPMC contract end date: end of July 2025Preferably with Aramco experienceEligible to work in the UKJob PurposeThe Cost Engineer provides advisory support to the project management team on all cost-related activities, acting as the interface between the Business Team and the rest of the project team.Key Responsibilities and DutiesCommunicate project issues/concerns to Project Manager and Business Administrator.Develop and maintain cost reports, cash flow, and contingency analyses.Administer Change Orders and Bid box as per procedures.Estimate costs of scope changes and assess their impact on total project cost.Ensure accurate reflection of funds and project deviations in cost documents.Assist with managing AEL values.Coordinate with HR regarding office space billing.Forecast funds required to complete the project within budget and schedule.Ensure accurate cost data in reports.Alert teams to critical cost issues.Support additional cost management studies if needed.Prepare monthly project updates.Review Contractor Progress Payment Certificates.Process invoices and manage SAP entries.Monitor and verify project costs monthly.Follow change management processes.Educational & Technical Requirements5-10 years in Cost Management.Minimum 3 years on Saudi Aramco Projects.Solid recent experience in O&G project owner companies if no Aramco experience.Analysis skills and proficiency with desktop applications.Good English skills, both written and verbal.Experience with Mega Capital Projects preferred.
