About the Role
Level: 2 | Department: Adviser and Client Servicing | Location: Southampton | Contract Type: Permanent
This is a critical role where you will be the face of the company, ensuring adviser satisfaction by administering policies, answering queries, resolving complaints, and facilitating account set‑ups and financial product solutions.
* Support various business areas, including administration of new clients’ pensions, investments, money‑in, money‑out, transfers and other departments.
* Prepare letters and other financial documents with excellent attention to detail and communication.
* Process adviser requests within agreed Service Level Agreements, handling phone and email communications efficiently and professionally.
* Keep knowledge of products and services up‑to‑date to provide the most appropriate outcomes for advisers.
About You
* Previous administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, accurately recording and interpreting report data.
* Proactive, problem‑solving mindset, consistently delivering high‑quality work.
