Job Description
3. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable processes.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Prepare and review financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to support organisational planning.
7. Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
8. Coordinate and support audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries.
9. Collaborate with other departments to align financial operations with organisational goals
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Operations Manager should have:
10. Proven experience in managing financial operations, accounting and financial reporting within the not-for-profit sector or a similar environment.
11. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in charity or housing sector
12. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
13. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
14. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
