Ventilation Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Ventilation Engineer to join our client's growing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and servicing ventilation products that improve air quality and help eradicate mould and condensation in homes.
This is a field-based position, where you'll visit domestic properties across Midlands including Coventry / Birmingham / Rugby. You will be responsible for representing the company's values with a friendly, professional and reliable approach while delivering high-quality work with efficiency and care. Responsibilities:
* Professionally install and service ventilation products in line with industry standards, building regulations and current legislation.
* Inspect, repair, and replace existing ventilation.
* Responsible in safely carrying out electrical work whilst ensuring compliance is in line with all safety regulations.
* Complete all necessary certification, records, and photographic evidence accurately and on time.
* Professionally liaise with customers, tenants and colleagues.
* Undertake provided training to develop your skillset and knowledge of the industry.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence - Max 6 Points
* DBS Check to be completed
* 18th Edition Qualified Electrician
* Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation
* Minimum 2 years' experience in domestic electrical installation
Whilst not essential the below is desirable for this position:
* Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation
* 2391 Inspection & Testing
* First Aid Qualified
* Knowledge or Experience of Ventilation Systems
