Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and professional oversight to social work staff, ensuring practice aligns with the Care Act, Mental Health Act, and local policy.
Support the effective management of complex cases, offering guidance on assessment, care planning, and safeguarding.
Lead on case management quality assurance, promoting reflective practice and continuous improvement across the team.

Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with current SWE registration.
Proven experience in management within adult social care or mental health services.
Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983, and relevant safeguarding frameworks.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate, and develop staff.
