Im currently working with an established boutique insolvency practice in Leeds that is looking to add a talented Senior Insolvency Administrator to their growing team. The Role:
As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, youll take on a varied caseload, working closely with senior team members to ensure cases are managed efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations, from start to finish.
* Preparing statutory reports and ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.
* Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication throughout the process.
* Conducting investigations into directors conduct and company affairs.
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to their development.
