An exciting opportunity has arisen in the HR department at Darwin Escapes!
We are looking for a HRIS Systems Administrator to join our Head Office team at Talacre Beach Resort in Flintshire, North Wales (Hybrid)
This is a permanent position to work full time, 35 hours. This will be standard office hours Monday and Friday.
Salary: £28,000 - 30,000.00 DOE.

About The Role
Main responsibilities:
· Act as the primary administrator for our HRIS platforms, with a focus on system configuration, user roles, workflows, and access permissions.
· Maintain and troubleshoot HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and ongoing usability for all users.
· Support the configuration and roll-out of system updates, new modules, or integrations, including data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
· Provide second-line technical support to HR system users, resolving issues and liaising with system vendors when required.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure system alignment with business needs.
· Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support People initiatives and compliance requirements.
· Deliver system training and create user guides, manuals, and internal documentation for end-users.
· Work closely with the HR team on process improvements, automation opportunities, and data-driven decision making.
· Ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR and internal data governance standards.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, solutions-focused, and enjoys working with systems and data. You should be confident working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
· Experience as an HRIS Administrator, ideally within a multi-site or fast-paced organisation.
· Strong working knowledge of HR systems – experience with iTrent or similar platforms is highly desirable.
· Understanding of HR processes, data flows, and reporting needs.
· Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
· Comfortable working with sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.
· Proficiency in Excel and system reporting tools.
· Good communication skills, with the ability to translate technical processes to non-technical users.
