Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts Manager located in Airdrie at JH Civil Engineering. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, managing contract fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, the Contracts Manager will handle contract disputes, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals with clients.
Qualifications
* Contract Negotiation and Management skills
* Knowledge of Legal Requirements related to contracts
* Experience in handling contract disputes and performance monitoring
* Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
* Attention to Detail and Analytical skills
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Previous experience in NCE4/NEC3 contract variations
