Part-Time Accounts Senior or Client Manager

TPF Recruitmentare working on behalf of a friendly, relaxed independent firm of CharteredAccountants based in Winchester, who are looking to appoint a part-timeAccounts Senior or Client Manager to join their growing team.
This is a part-timerole (3-4 days per week), offering flexibility and an excellent opportunity totake ownership of a varied client portfolio within a supportive, personablepractice environment.
The Role
Working closelywith the Partners, you will operate in a broad general practice role, coveringaccounts, tax and client management responsibilities.
Key duties willinclude:
* Preparation of statutory accounts to review stage
* Managing a portfolio of OMB/SME clients
* Personal and corporate tax compliance, includingVAT returns
* Overseeing bookkeeping work using cloud-basedsoftware such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
* Supporting, mentoring and reviewing the work ofjunior team members
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients,building long-term relationships
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience within anaccountancy practice environment
* ACA, ACCA, AAT qualified, or qualified byexperience with a minimum of 5 years’ practice experience
* Strong hands-on experience across accounts, tax andVAT
* Confident managing client relationships andjuggling multiple deadlines
* Approachable, team-oriented mindset suited to asmaller, friendly firm
* £40,000-£52,000 FTE, dependent on experience (prorata for part-time hours)
* Flexible working pattern (3–4 days per week).
