Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator who has the following:

12. Experienced within estate agency (required)
13. In possession of a full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
Key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
14. Arrange valuations and negotiate prices with Landlords to achieve a larger property portfolio
15. Identifying and maximising business opportunities, canvassing for valuation leads
16. Viewings and negotiating offers
17. Maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire future business with them
18. General admin
19. Preparing Inventory Reports
20. Promoting properties for rent
